The round was led by COTU Ventures, with participation from Impact46, Shorooq Partners, Numrah Capital, and several angel investors.<\/p>\n<p>Built specifically for service-sector SMEs\u2014including gyms, salons, clinics, and mobile service providers\u2014Rekaz offers an end-to-end operating system that replaces manual processes and disconnected tools with a streamlined, intelligent platform. Businesses can manage bookings, subscriptions, payments, and client relationships while also launching branded booking websites and mobile apps to grow their digital presence.<\/p>\n<p>To date, over 7,000 businesses have used Rekaz to process more than 1 million appointments and subscriptions, demonstrating traction among both standalone outlets and growing multi-branch networks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur mission is to do for service SMEs what Shopify did for e-commerce,\u201d said <strong>Abdulrahman Alomran, CEO and co-founder of Rekaz<\/strong>. \u201cMost service providers still rely on spreadsheets and scattered apps. We\u2019re building the infrastructure they\u2019ve long needed\u2014simplifying workflows and improving the customer experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rekaz combines a custom-built backend with AI-powered insights and personalised onboarding that adapts to different business types. This allows merchants to get started quickly and manage operations more efficiently with fewer moving parts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRekaz is solving a massive, underserved challenge,\u201d said <strong>Amir Farha, General Partner at COTU Ventures<\/strong>. \u201cService businesses are the economic backbone of the region but have largely been ignored by traditional software. Rekaz is arriving at exactly the right moment with the right product.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abdulaziz Alkharashi, CTO and co-founder,<\/strong> added: \u201cOur platform is built to be intelligent, adaptable, and deeply aligned with how service businesses actually operate day to day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Backing the broader regional potential, <strong>Yousef Albabtain, Partner at Shorooq Partners, commented<\/strong>: \u201cRekaz is a game-changer for the MENA service economy. It brings digitisation, operational efficiency, and data-driven growth to thousands of businesses previously left behind.
