Kroll<\/a>, a provider of financial and risk advisory solutions, has planned to acquire Madison Pacific<\/a> from Vistra Group to expand its client services across the Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n

The proposed acquisition<\/a> remains subject to regulatory approval. The planned integration will establish Kroll\u2019s Agency and Trustee Services practice in Asia Pacific for the first time. By combining Madison Pacific\u2019s established operations in Hong Kong and Singapore with Kroll\u2019s international reach, the company intends to deliver coordinated domestic and cross-border solutions for clients managing increasingly complex transactions.<\/p>\n

The development reflects the growing role of independent agency services in the region\u2019s evolving private credit markets. By aligning Madison Pacific\u2019s local expertise with Kroll\u2019s wider platform, the combined business aims to address rising demand for reliable, independent support in complex deal structures and governance frameworks.<\/p>\n

Kroll\u2019s Agency and Trustee Services practice has grown significantly in recent years, including being named the largest independent agent in the EMEA region and ranking as the third-largest Administrative Agent for the first quarter of 2025, according to Bloomberg a position traditionally occupied by major banking groups.<\/p>\n

The deal forms part of Kroll\u2019s broader strategy to enhance its global capabilities in independent advisory services and to respond to growing client demand for integrated solutions that bridge multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.<\/p>\n
