\"CUBE,CUBE, a specialist in Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) and Regulatory Change Management (RCM), has announced its acquisition of the Thomson Reuters<\/a> Regulatory Intelligence and Oden products and businesses.<\/p>\n

The acquisition expands CUBE\u2019s<\/a> existing global customer base to approximately 1,000 customers in banking, insurance, asset and investment management, payments, and adjacent regulated industries.<\/p>\n

CUBE\u2019s global employees will expand to 600, of which close to 250 are highly qualified regulatory subject matter experts and legal and compliance professionals.<\/p>\n
