The new feature, which is built on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/en-in\/connect\" data-js-controller=\"AnalyticsButton\" data-analytics-category=\"Links\" data-analytics-action=\"Clicked\" data-analytics-label=\"Related content\">Stripe Connect<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Stripe Checkout, enables customers to pay for services directly while making a booking on a Google Calendar booking page.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStripe makes it incredibly easy to accept payments directly from Google Calendar, so customers can complete bookings and make payments in seconds,\u201d said <strong>Ilya Brown, vice president of product management at Google Workspace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>With this new feature, businesses can connect their Stripe account, set a price, and then offer their clients the ability to book and pay for services in Google Calendar. Customers visit their booking page, choose a preferred time, and enter their <a href=\"https:\/\/ibsintelligence.com\/ibsi-news\/cross-river-bank-and-fintainium-partner-to-offer-flexible-payment-options-for-smes\/\">payment<\/a> details. Businesses can gate access to a meeting until payment is made through the appointment booking page.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaking appointment booking and payment ridiculously easy for customers means less administrative work and more revenue for businesses,\u201d said <strong>Mike Clayville, chief revenue officer at Stripe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Using Stripe Checkout, Google Workspace provides businesses that accept payments through Google Calendar with a highly optimised checkout form. Stripe Checkout is crafted to eliminate payment friction and offers access to over 40 payment methods.
