After floating the entity on the LSE, he then completed a \u00a3275 million MBO backed by Apax in 2006. James specializes in the strategic direction of management teams in London, North America and Asia, improving efficiency and change management experiences in digital media. He has a solid track record of creating exits for businesses, integrating acquired businesses, driving revenue growth and margin improvement, innovation and new product development.<\/p>\n<p>James is an experienced Board Director of both public and private companies and a proactive private investor.
