As the group\u2019s global Chairman and Managing Partner, Sanjiv has over 30 years of management consulting experience. He started his career in the US, where for over 10 years he developed strategy for various US markets, subsequently setting up offices across Asian, European, and Gulf markets. He has assisted global boards and CEOs of leading banks in the development and execution of business strategy, including complete transformations and mergers across multiple geographies. Clients include American Express, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, ENBD, NBAD to name a few. He is an international expert on the Balanced Scorecard having executed over 300 scorecards globally for companies and is also known for driving over $3 billion worth of foreign direct investments into Asia.<\/p>\n

Sanjiv is well-published and is a regular keynote speaker at global conferences and events. He is also the author of \u201cUnlocking Human Capital to Drive Performance: A CEO Handbook\u201d published by McGraw Hill. His latest title \u201cExecution Excellence \u2013 Making Strategy Work Using the Balanced Scorecard\u201d was globally released by J.Wiley and is a bestseller in its genre.
