Issuers that have tokenized with Vertalo will now have private digital securities compatible with our trading ecosystem, providing them with a path to secondary liquidity,\u201d said tZERO CEO Saum Noursalehi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Vertalo, through its platform, connects and enables the digital security ecosystem by utilizing blockchain technology to manage digital cap tables, simplify investor onboarding, and facilitate secondary market liquidity. According to company data, currently, there are 35 companies utilizing Vertalo\u2019s investor onboarding, tokenization and transfer agent services, including Deal Box, a capital markets consulting firm that aims to digitize 22 equity offerings through Vertalo on the Tezos Blockchain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cWe have collaborated with Saum, his development team, and their internal counsel to integrate Vertalo\u2019s SEC-registered transfer agent into tZERO\u2019s ecosystem and provide our customers with access to a market-leading secondary liquidity platform for digital securities, the tZERO ATS. Our goal is to lead the widespread adoption of digital assets, and this integration was a natural fit,\u201d said Vertalo CEO and Co-founder Dave Hendricks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recently,\u00a0<\/strong><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/ibsintelligence.com\/ibsi-news\/tzero-partners-with-prime-trust-to-facilitate-platform-evolution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tZERO partnered with Prime Trust<\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0to facilitate platform evolution<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tZERO is a technology firm with the goal of democratizing access to private capital markets.
